Vendor Compliance Overview
You may need to capture and track vendor compliance information and be able to maintain and report on this information over time. Vendor Compliance gives your organization the ability to track compliance in areas such as W-9, EEO, Bond, and Insurance, to name a few.
You can create your organization's own compliance types to track important information with the flexibility to handle the many different compliance type requirements. Items such as tracking compliance dates, compliance expirations, statuses, and other compliance-specific information can be captured and tracked on the vendor master files.
System Administrators: This feature requires that security be set up for users. Compliance Types also need to be defined before users can tie them to a vendor record. A validation set and user-defined fields may also be set up, but these are optional.
